At Maestro Truck and Auto Service LLC, our story is one of faith, family, and a steadfast commitment to excellence. Founded in 2020 in Hudson, Florida, we are a family-owned, Christian-based company dedicated to delivering honest, high-quality automotive and commercial truck repairs. With nearly 30 years of experience, we specialize in servicing a wide range of vehicles, from sedans and SUVs to light, medium, and heavy-duty trucks.

Our team—led by Shirley Martinez (CEO), Omar Martinez (COO), and their children—embodies these values daily, treating every customer like family.

Shirley Martinez, Co-Founder & CEO
With over 20 years of experience in business administration and 8 years dedicated to regulatory compliance, Shirley brings a deep understanding of operational efficiency and industry standards to Maestro Truck and Auto Service LLC. Outside of work, she enjoys creative hobbies like sewing and scrapbooking, and cherishes time with her family—including cuddles with her three loyal Dobermans.

Omar Martinez, Co-Founder & COO
With nearly 30 years of hands-on experience in automotive and truck repair, Omar Martinez has built a reputation for excellence rooted in deep expertise and unwavering dedication. He specializes in diesel engines, electrical systems, and advanced diagnostics—bringing precision and reliability to every job. As the lead technician at Maestro Truck and Auto Service, Omar sets the tone for the shop’s high standards and commitment to quality. Outside the shop, Omar enjoys simple pleasures like relaxing in a hammock in his backyard and spending time with his beloved dogs.

O.J. Martinez, Technician & Truck Body Repair Specialist
Don’t let his age fool you—OJ has been immersed in the world of automotive and truck repair his entire life. He began working on trucks while still in high school and quickly developed a specialty in truck body repair. Known for his attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship, OJ takes great pride in delivering high-quality, precise results on every job.When he’s not in the shop, OJ enjoys spending quality time with his wife and children.

JJ Martinez, Service Advisor
As the daughter of a Master ASE Certified Technician, JJ has grown up around motor vehicles and brings a lifetime of insight to the automotive industry. JJ bridges the gap between customers and technicians—ensuring clear communication, accurate estimates, and a smooth repair process from start to finish. When she’s off the clock, JJ enjoys working on and riding mini bikes & go-karts, fishing, and playing basketball.

Felix Martinez, Technician
Felix’s passion for cars and trucks has fueled his commitment to learning the trade through hands-on experience. As a technician at Maestro Truck and Auto Service, he is actively building his skills and working toward ASE certification. Focused and driven, Felix’s long-term goal is to manage Maestro—or open his own repair center in the future. When he's not at the shop, Felix enjoys playing the bass, working out at the gym, and watching sports.
